Cancellation, Credit & Rescheduling Policy

All cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. All cancellations less than 48 hours prior to departure will incur a 100% fee. All tours unable to operate as scheduled will receive a 100% refund.

• Moreton Bay Escapes recommends travel insurance for all packages.
• Any suitcases and/or large backpacks (luggage) over 10kg may incur a $10.00 per item surcharge.
• Moreton Bay Escapes does not accept liability for events that are beyond the company's control.
• Children are deemed from 5-14 years. No child under 5 years is permitted.
• Tours are numbers dependent.
